I began my journey with Yoga and Reiki over 20 years ago. I formalized my training in 2020 graduating with a 200 hour training in Yoga. In 2025, I participated and graduated from a 300 hour training through Hearts and Bones focusing on stability, mobility and movement. I also completed my advanced training in Reiki and Guided Release through The Reiki Center. I am dedicated to sharing my gift and passion for this healing art with others. I am also teaching at local studios in the Columbus, Ohio area. You are welcome to also join me at those studios! I am providing Yoga classes and Reiki at Balancing Owl in Dublin and restorative classes and Reiki at Aire Studio in Lancaster.

Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, posture, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Reiki is a hands on healing technique. A practitioner of Reiki serves as a conduit for energy. Imagine this as a straw or a tunnel to funnel or transfer the energy to promote healing and rejuvenation. A practitioner will place hands on the client gently, this may feel about the weight of a coin. Hand placements may include the head, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. The client will rest on a cushioned table with blankets and an optional lavender scented eye cover. Gentle music will be playing to promote relaxation.
Restorative yoga is the practice of yoga using bolsters, blankets and blocks. These props are used to promote rest and recharging of the nervous system. Poses or Asanas are supported by using these props to hold or support a pose for a longer period of time. This practice includes periods of breath work and rest as we "melt" into these postures.
